Confidentiality and Disclosures

Client confidentiality is the principle that an institution or individual should not reveal information about their clients to a third party without the consent of the client or compelled by law.

The access to a client’s data as provided by the institution in question is usually limited to law enforcement agencies and requires some legal procedures to be accomplished prior to such action (e.g. court order issued). This applies to financial, operating and disclosures made to others including coaches and consultants. In some cases the data is by definition inaccessible to third parties and should never be revealed. This may include confidential information gathered by attorneys (with Privilege), psychiatrists, psychologists, medical doctors or the clergy.

DiversiCorp LLC has a strict policy of not sharing written, verbal or notationally information to outsiders unless, and only unless compelled by legal order or if such non disclosure would, itself, violate law.  For more information see DiversiCorp’s Code of Ethics.
