Referrals and Partnering
DiversiCorp LLC provides direct services including coaching and consulting to small businesses. It is considered a “hub” operation. As such, the Managing Member determines whether the assignment or engagement can best be executed from within or without the company.
DiversiCorp LLC is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the International Coach Federation and the Institute of Management Consultants. Notwithstanding, numerous professional associations and business relationships have been cultivated over many years it also maintains relationships with providers of services not directly connected to coaching or consulting.
It is the policy of DiversiCorp that all engagements that involve coaching or consulting are subject to DiversiCorp’s Code of Ethics and are operationally governed by the Managing Member. Agreements, billing and receiving are handled by DiversiCorp on direct and indirect coaching and consulting services.
Nevertheless, coaching and consulting may occasionally lead to accounting, business, financial, medical, and other service requirements. It is the policy of DiversiCorp that any referrals are disclosed to outsiders only with full confidentiality established, client consent, subject to laws and regulations of the prevailing governing authority (if any) and in which any compensation or fee sharing is fully disclosed. Moreover, a client may challenge the use of third party professionals or provide their own if so desired.
